Li Guoliang, Ph.D. in Surgery from Harbin Medical University, studied plastic surgery under Professor Zhang Ruhong in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital. He is a Senior Plastic Surgery Designer of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetics; a Standing Member of the Aesthetic Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association; a Member of the Oculoplastic Surgery Committee of the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association; a Standing Member of the Genital Plastic Surgery Committee of the Chinese Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; and a Standing Director of the Stem Cell Research and Application Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetics.
